When you're in front of your PC writing code, or doing a project, there comes a point where you lose track of time, and forget that it's good to take a break from time to time.
Breaker is a simple program consisting of a countdown, which upon completion will launch a warning to get you to rest a while and go out for a walk before going back to work.
To prevent the rest that you have from being extremely long, Breaker can also be configured so that after a few minutes notice and when the break is over, it will notify you and you can return to your tasks.
